Dr. Hippenmeyer was born and raised in Greenwood, Indiana. She is a graduate of IU Bloomington, where she majored in Biology as well as minored in Chemistry and Spanish.

Following IU, Dr. Hippenmeyer completed a Master's in Biology at IUPUI.  She then attended Indiana University School of Dentistry, where she received several awards for academics as well as clinical achievements. Dr. Hippenmeyer has been fortunate enough to treat patients both in the United States as well as abroad in Haiti. 

Dr. Hippenmeyer first realized she wanted to be a dentist while on a mission trip in Nicaragua, where she was able to see the positive impact dentistry could have on people and how it could change lives.  Dr. Hippenmeyer is committed to quality care for her patients and meeting all of their expectations.  She prides herself in creating an environment that makes the patient feel comfortable and at ease in the dental chair 

 She is happily married to her husband Jon, and together they have three children, Leo, Rose and Will. Dr. Hippenmeyer also has a dog named Blue and recently became a chicken mom. She is a Green Bay Packers fan, loves pizza, and is enjoying making sourdough bread. Dr. Hippenmeyer loves being a part of the Franklin Family Dentistry team and can’t wait to meet you!
